What Our Customers Are Saying

Over 15,000 detectorists across the UK trust Fantasysportsgab for their equipment. Here are just a few of the stories they have shared with us — from first-time finds to lifelong passions.

London · Explorer Pro X1

Bought the Explorer Pro X1 for my retirement and honestly, best decision I ever made. Took it to a friend's farm in Kent last weekend and found a hammered silver sixpence from Elizabeth I's reign. My hands were shaking! The machine is so simple to use — I was detecting properly within ten minutes of opening the box. Cannot recommend it enough.

Birmingham · Terra Hunter V2

I upgraded from a cheap beginner machine and the difference is night and day. The Terra Hunter handles our wet Midlands clay like a dream — no more constant false signals from mineralisation. Last week I dug up a Saxon brooch that the local Finds Liaison Officer said was probably 1,200 years old. Absolutely chuffed. Worth every penny.

Manchester · Gold Digger Elite

I do a lot of detecting in the Peak District looking for small gold nuggets and lost jewellery. The Gold Digger Elite picks up flakes that my old detector completely ignored. The 40 kHz frequency really does make a difference. Only downside is the battery life could be a bit longer, but I just carry spares. Brilliant machine for serious gold hunting.

Edinburgh · Deep Seeker Pro

This is a serious piece of kit. I have been detecting for twenty years and the Deep Seeker Pro is the best machine I have ever used. The depth is incredible — I pulled a Victorian half crown from nearly 50 cm down in a Scottish field. The Bluetooth headphones are a lovely touch too. Fantasysportsgab's customer service was excellent throughout.

Bristol · Aqua Find Waterproof

Took the Aqua Find diving in the Bristol Channel last month and pulled up a brass pocket watch from what must be the 1800s. The salt mode really works — no more crazy signals every time the coil hits wet sand. Submersible to 60 metres is no joke either. I have used it in rivers, lakes and the sea. Built like a tank. Highly recommended.

Liverpool · Relic Master 3000

I am absolutely obsessed with history and the Relic Master 3000 was made for people like me. The iron graph display tells you exactly what you are about to dig before you even lift the coil. I have found Roman coins, medieval buckles and even a beautiful Bronze Age axe head near Chester. The dual-frequency tech is phenomenal. Fantasysportsgab really know their stuff.
