Product performance can vary with target size, soil mineralisation, environmental conditions, settings and user technique, so detection depth and identification performance should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular find.

Images are intended to show the relevant product and its general appearance. Minor differences in packaging or supplied accessories may occur where a product page or order confirmation explains them.

Order Enquiries and Contract Formation

Submitting an order or callback form is an enquiry and does not by itself create a completed sales contract. After receiving an enquiry, Fantasysportsgab LTD may confirm product availability, delivery information, the total amount payable and any other information needed before an order is finalised.

A binding contract is formed only when the order is accepted and the customer is given confirmation of the agreed product, price and delivery arrangements. We may decline an enquiry if a product is unavailable, the information supplied is incomplete or there is another lawful reason why the order cannot be accepted.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling using the £ symbol. Any delivery charge that applies will be communicated before an order is finalised. Where a displayed price is clearly incorrect because of an obvious technical or typographical error, we may correct it before accepting an order and will give the customer the opportunity to continue or cancel the enquiry.

Payment arrangements are confirmed as part of the accepted order. Customers should not send payment details through free-text message fields.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged to the United Kingdom address agreed for the order. Available delivery options, estimated timing and any applicable charges are confirmed before the order is finalised. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for notifying us promptly if a correction is needed.

If a delivery is delayed for reasons outside our reasonable control, we will provide updated information where available. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights relating to delivery times or remedies for non-delivery.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Consumers buying at a distance may have a legal right to cancel an eligible order within the cancellation period provided by UK consumer law. The purchase of a detector does not grant any right to enter land, excavate, remove objects or keep a find. Users should check the rules that apply to the location and any reporting obligations relevant to discoveries.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under consumer law. We are not responsible for a particular detecting result, the value of a find or losses caused by use of equipment contrary to product instructions or applicable law.

For business customers, any additional limitations agreed as part of a business order will apply only to the extent permitted by law. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Text, branding, design elements and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use the website for personal shopping and information purposes, but you may not reproduce or commercially redistribute substantial parts of the website without permission.
